Homeschoolers Free Water-Occupation Resources
Well, it looks like most of the cold weather should be moving out and making way for spring soon. If you're home schooling or teaching children in any capacity, water related units and topics may be on your list of things to cover this spring (or summer.) If so, you may want to check out the USCG (US Coast Guard) site for some really cool resources.
After just a few minutes of browsing around, I found a bunch of things which could be used to enhance your Water and/or Occupation focused activities. Here are just a few of the things you may want to incorporate into your plans.
- Coloring pages & activity booklets – a nice variety to choose from
- Graphics – Boat, helicopter, and lighthouse drawings and photos. (Some suitable for color pages)
- Paper models – Just fold and glue.
- Coast Guard official images – logos, rank/chevron patches, insignias
- and more cool items
Just browse around to find more resources and don't forget to bookmark the page.
